1. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES RoyalPharma.net does not sell controlled substances and does not sell medications that are classified as controlled substances or narcotics by the Indian FDA, U.S. FDA, U.S. DEA.

2. CANCELLATION Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled as it is sent for processing immediately, and usually ships in 24hrs-48hrs from the date of order.

3. PRODUCTS / ORDERS All orders are filled and shipped within 2 business days from the time you place it. Our Administrative offices are closed on Sundays but customer service can be called 24/7. All the medications sold by ReliancePharma.co.in are manufactured in facilities approved by the health departments of many countries. U.S. medicine names are for reference only. You are purchasing equivalent to branded medicines.

4. SHIPPING Orders are shipped from overseas in under 2 business days by COURIER/ EMS, and will be delivered at your doorstep by your local Courier/ postal service within 7-14 business days (2-3 weeks) from the date of order. Our standard shipping charges are fixed at an affordable cost of $20 per order regardless of item, weight or quantity. Whenever dealing with international pharmacies, you should order medicines a month before you will need them to allow for any unexpected delays with the customs or postal service. We will not accept any requests for preffered courier (e.g. FedEx Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day, etc.) entered into the "Comments/Instructions" section will lead to cancellation and refund to avoid any disputes due to miscommunication.

5. RETURNS We make every attempt to ship the correct products but in the event you do not receive the correct product(s), you may return them for a full refund, including your shipping cost. Unfortunately, this is the only reason we can accept returns as it is illegal to return pharmaceutical products. In the unlikely event of a wrong shipment, please e-mail support@ReliancePharma.co.in with your order number and item wrongly received. An RMA number will be provided if a request is made within 30 days of your date of order.

6. 30 DAY GUARANTEE In the event that you do not receive your order within 30 days of your date of order, you will have the option of getting a reshipment or a refund. If your order was split up, and one or more of the shipments is missing 30 days or more from the date of order, we will reship the missing part(s).

7. PRESCRIPTIONS All orders are required to have prescriptions as per local and international laws. If you have a prescription you can mail us. In order to make your shopping experience hassle free, our physician will issue a prescription for each order so we can legally fill and ship your Order. Since our physician cannot physically examine the patient, we recommend you seek a physical and medical examination with your local physician or doctor.
